AMPERSAND Integral Projects S.L. has developed and implemented a Criminal Risk Prevention Plan (PPRP) with the following objectives:

• Define supervision, monitoring, and control measures.

• Establish protocols, policies, and/or procedures.

• Guide the management of financial resources.

• Create an internal control body for the prevention of criminal risks.

• Establish a whistleblowing channel.

• Implement a disciplinary system.

• Foster an ethical corporate culture of strict compliance with criminal law.

• Carry out periodic verification of this PPRP.

The PPRP applies to AMPERSAND Integral Projects S.L. and likewise applies to: 

• All natural and legal persons providing services to AMPERSAND Integral Projects S.L., whether or not acting on behalf of, representing, or working for AMPERSAND in the performance of their employment and/or professional duties within AMPERSAND.

• Those authorized to make decisions on behalf of AMPERSAND or who hold organizational and control powers within the company.

• Any person or entity linked to AMPERSAND.
