The data processed for this purpose will be retained until the registration for the lecture/training session has been managed and, thereafter, for the legally established retention and limitation periods. The legal basis for the processing is the User’s consent.

  • Keeping the User informed, including by electronic means, about AMPERSAND’s products, services, and news. The data processed for this purpose will be retained until the User withdraws their consent to receive such communications and, thereafter, for the legally established retention and limitation periods. The legal basis for the processing is the User’s consent.

 

 

3. Recipients

 

Data will not be disclosed to third‑party recipients, except to service providers acting as data processors, including providers of electronic communications, office automation, hosting, IT maintenance, accounting, auditing, consultancy, and legal representation.
Some processors may be located outside the EU; in these cases, EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply (Commission Decision 2010/87/EU).

4. User Rights

 

The User may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection before AMPERSAND.

Likewise, in cases where the processing of the User’s data is based on the User’s consent, the User has the right to withdraw such consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to its withdrawal.
